The bird of prey represents the Baden region and is also part of the Baden-Württemberg coat of arms as a shield holder.

TASTING NOTES
BIRD OF PREY PEATED
After initial maturation in ex-bourbon casks, this peated single malt whisky was further matured in sherrywood.
Even though there is no age statement, this peated single malt whisky impresses with its pronounced maturity.
Odor:
Sweet, peaty, fine sherry notes; a hint of white pepper, ginger, vanilla and pear
Taste:
Creamy; followed by pepper and peat; smoky aromas become increasingly stronger and spread throughout the mouth; sherry notes and then fine aromas of tropical fruits follow
