BLACK FOREST DRY GIN
Our distillery has a history spanning over 100 years. Known as a former teaching and experimental distillery for the state of Baden, the company successfully developed after World War II, producing not only popular local fruit brandies, especially Black Forest Kirsch, but also a "Kammer Dry Gin" from the early 1950s onward.
For the 100th anniversary in 2012, all old and historical documents and recipes were naturally reviewed. This also led to the discovery of the supposedly lost recipe for "Kammer Dry Gin."
Even then, the decision was made to bring another gin from Kammer-Kirsch onto the market.
But it took until the beginning of 2014 for it to actually come onto the market.
The “BLACK FOREST DRY GIN” was born.
