The "Balcomie" was matured in American oak casks previously used for aging Oloroso in the USA. These casks were specially selected by Production Manager Isabella Wemyss for their gentle oak aroma and rich sweetness, which complement the fruity character of the Kingsbarns spirit.
“Balcomie” is sweetly complex and elegantly rich with baking spices, dried fruits and tropical character.
Odor:
Sweet and floral, brown sugar with banana cake batter and tropical notes
Taste:
Pineapple syrup, summer berries and a hint of rhubarb
Finish:
Kiwis and citrus peel
The “Docoot” is distilled from barley grown less than six miles from the distillery.
Because this whisky has undergone a longer maturation in the barrel, it develops a balanced complexity.
For this whisky, a combination of ex-bourbon and former Portuguese red wine barrels was chosen for maturation.
“Doocot” has a sweet, fruity character and is light and intensely fruity, floral and complemented by a rich color from the high-quality casks in which it was matured.

Grilled banana, subtle hint of sweet smoke and hints of heather
Taste:
Rose water, buttercream, a hint of leather and delicately burnt citrus peel
Finish:
Soft salted caramel, subtle campfire smoke and cinder toffee
This whisky was distilled from barley grown not far from the distillery. "Coaltown" is matured entirely in former peat casks, retaining the classic, light, and fruity Kingsbarns style while also developing a gentle smoky note.
With the classic sweet and fruity character, “Coaltown” brings out some soft and sweet smoky notes with the typical fruity and slightly floral spirit character of Kingsbarns.

Pecan pie, caramelized orchard fruits and fresh pastries.
Finish:
Caramel sauce and crème brûlée
This single malt is distilled from Fife barley and then expertly blended from spirits from two different cask ages: former Oloroso sherry butts and former bourbon casks.
“Bell Rock” has full toffee aromas and a fruity character with rich, delicious pecan pie notes and subtle baked fruits.

The Distillery Reserve 2024 was matured exclusively in former Oloroso sherry casks.
The Hive is a small batch handcrafted Scottish whisky that captures the sweetness of Speyside in a smooth, honey-like expression.
The nose reveals aromas of a floral and sticky bouquet of blossom honey. On the palate, tangy orange and ginger tingle on the tongue. The finish is warm, with grapefruit studded with cloves.
WEMYSS Spice King is a small-batch, handcrafted Scotch whisky. Its expression is intriguing and wonderfully complex, with spice and subtle smoke.
Rich on the nose with spicy orange and vibrant flowers. On the palate, deep ginger syrup with a hint of salty sea spray, pepper, and spices. The finish lingers with warm smoke and tingling black pepper.
WEMYSS Peat Chimney is a small batch handcrafted Scotch whisky that captures tantalizing smoky notes and expresses them in a balanced atmosphere with maritime and citrus notes.
Aromas of heather smoke emerge alongside notes of stone fruits and orange peel. On the palate, warm peat notes over robust espresso and muscovado sugar. The finish is stony with mineral notes in a smooth, sweet finish.
