This bottling was specially created to celebrate a special occasion: the official opening of the Ardgowan Distillery on 20 June 2025. The bottling combines the deep, lush sweetness of Pedro Ximénez with the nutty complexity and warming spice of Oloroso.

Clydebuilt 12 Year Old Sherry Cask 100 Proof is the higher-proof version of the classic 12-year-old Sherry Cask. Bottled at 57.1% ABV, it enhances Clydebuilt's characteristic sherry-driven style, presenting it in an even more intense expression. The strength corresponds to the traditional British 100-proof system, historically defined as the point at which spirits were considered 'proof' – i.e., tested and thus sufficiently strong.
