TASTING NOTES:
CÙ BÒCAN 15 Years Old is a sophisticated single malt with
sun-dried fruits and smoky exotic spices,
aged for at least 15 years in Oloroso sherry casks
matured. The Oloroso sherry casks have aromas of beeswax polish,
Seville jam, extra dark chocolate and
Jamaican ginger cake. The peat ensures
more for a traditional earthy dryness than for an obvious
Smoke, which has contributed to some of the
sweeter elements of the sherry casks are perfectly balanced.
