Description
The Inchdairnie Distillery is located in Fife, a peninsula north of Edinburgh. Its adventurous, skilled, and progressive whiskymakers bring malting tradition into the modern world. From grain to bottle, they pursue an innovative approach to flavor and develop their
Whiskies with a clear goal: to delight consumers’ palates.
TASTING NOTES:
Color: Golden
Nose: Pronounced rye spice blending with mild oak aroma and spreading over a soft layer of vanilla.
Finish: Cascading pepper notes from the rye, enveloped in an oily viscosity and sweet biscuit, cereal, and dried fruit notes.
A single distillery Fife Grain Scotch whisky made from 53% malted rye and 47% malted barley. RyeLaw complies with the rules for an American rye whisky, however, there is currently no legal definition of rye whisky in Scotland, so the term cannot legally be used on the decanter-style bottle. RyeLaw is the first bottling from the Inchdairnie Distillery in
Fife and the only whisky in the world made from rye
and distilled in a Lomond Hill still.
