The new independent whisky bottler The Alistair Walker Whisky Company based in Scotland has launched its first series of single cask bottlings under the brand INFREQUENT
FLYERS. The company was founded in 2018 by Alistair Walker.
Alistair has been working in the Scottish
Whisky industry and was most recently at The BenRiach for 12 years
Distillery Company before it was sold to Brown-Forman. Wanting to remain active in the whisky industry, he decided to pursue the path of independent bottler.
The initial focus is on bottling single Scotch whisky casks. The name "INFREQUENT FLYERS" refers to the type of
filled casks. Often these are whiskies from lesser-known
Distilleries that are of excellent quality, but never
were widely used.
