TASTING NOTES:
Nose : Banana yogurt with dark chocolate pieces, fragrant wildflower honey and cracked white pepper.
Taste: Plenty of molasses, followed by pecan cake with toasted coconut and a warm spice mix of nutmeg and cloves.
Finish: Tropical fruits, papaya and cantaloupe melon, accompanied by fresh mint.
