Description
The sweet, refreshing taste is characterized by vanilla, pear, and a fruity aftertaste, created by the use of carefully selected malt and grain whiskies. The use of soft spring water from Mount Daisen further refines SAN-IN's smooth flavor. Maturation in ex-bourbon casks brings both freshness and a fruity nuance. This is a very aromatic whisky.
