For this whisky, POKENO collaborated with a New Zealand craft brewery called Behemoth Brewing.
For this purpose, a barrel in which the POKENO Origin had previously been stored for its full maturation period was filled with Behemoth Imperial Stout.

After emptying the barrel, it was filled with POKENO single malt whisky, which had previously matured for almost nine months in a first-fill bourbon cask. The flavors of the beer blended beautifully with the sweet citrus notes of the whisky.
