This single PŌKENO Malt Whisky is the result of another collaboration
with Behemoth Brewing. A barrel previously used to mature POKENO Discovery was used to age a Belgian Quadruple Ale.

The emptied barrel was then refilled with POKENO Single Malt, which had previously matured for almost nine months in a first-fill bourbon barrel.

Tasting Notes:
The aromas of the beer of dried fruits, Belgian rock candy
and subtle spice have combined so wonderfully with the sweet citrus notes of the whisky.
