Matured for 12 years in first-fill sherry casks, this TOMATIN offers a wealth of rich, complex flavors.
Caramelized apples and pears open the flavor, which is balanced by a wonderful blend of sultanas, orange peel, apricots and a hint of old leather.
The palate then reveals notes of chocolate fondant and Manuka honey, along with dried fruits and nuts. The finish is warm and round with a sweet hint of cinnamon.
