The Pedro Ximénez Edition is dominated by aromas of sticky
Toffee pudding and espresso, while on the palate
Notes of lemon curd with golden syrup and subliminal
Aromas of dates, dried figs and muscovado
Sugar can be seen.
The finish is long and warm with notes of rum, raisins and
dark chocolate.
